1 individual pizza crust of your choice 1 cup Brucato Gourmet Sauce 8 oz. sharp provolone cheese, shredded 1 Tbsp. pecorino romano cheese, grated 1 pinch dried oregano
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place crust on uncreased baking sheet. Spread half of the Brucato Sauce evenly over crust. Spread sharp provolone cheese evenly over the layer of sauce. Spread the rest of the Brucato Sauce every over the provolone cheese using your spoon or ladle to press the sauce & cheese together. Sprinkle pecorino romano & oregano evenly over the top. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes. Cut into small squares or triangles & serve. Makes 1-2 medium pizzas.
